The JIUPIN-1000D constant temperature sealed ultrasonic reactor is used for sonochemical reactions, enzymatic reactions, preparation of nanomaterials, emulsification, homogenization, demulsification, dehydration, separation, extraction, digestion and reduction, defoaming, petroleum oxidation desulfurization, difficult to degrade organic wastewater treatment, oily sludge cleaning and degreasing, residual biological sludge dewatering, algae removal, algae inhibition, sterilization, cleaning, etc. It is also widely used in fields such as chemical engineering, materials engineering, environmental engineering, biochemistry, microbiology, medicinal chemistry, surface chemistry, physics, zoology, etc.
The concentrated energy ultrasonic horn immersed in an ultrasonic reactor is a device that directly immerses the high-power ultrasonic transducer horn into the reaction liquid, delivering a large amount of energy directly to the reaction medium, effectively converting electrical energy into mechanical energy, and controlling the magnitude of ultrasonic energy by changing the amplitude of the ultrasonic wave delivered to the probe. This equipment is commonly used in laboratory extraction and chemical reaction research. The amplitude rod is connected to the reactor with a sealed joint, and various accessories are used to seal and insert into the sleeve of the reactor. The reactor is completely enclosed.
